Relax and Recline Return Policy

  • Modifications or Cancellation of an order cannot take place after the cover has been cut.
  • Furniture is not returnable*. The furniture is ordered direct from the factory and the factory does not allow returns.
  • You must notify us of any damage to your furniture when the furniture is delivered, damage MUST be notated on the delivery receipt. If damages are not notated on the delivery receipt, we cannot file a claim for shipping damages.
  • If the furniture is damaged during shipping and is noted at time of delivery, it will be replaced or repaired. If furniture is damaged during shipping and is NOT noted at the time of delivery we will assist in repairing the damages. It is very important to inspect your items at the time of arrival!
  • If there is a defect in your chair and it falls under the warranties, we will schedule your furniture for repair. We cover the cost of material or parts following warranty guidelines.
  • Damage due to abuse (outside of normal use) or neglect of your furniture is not the manufacturers or our responsibility to fix.
  • All repairs must be authorized by RelaxandRecline.com.
  • *Certain circumstances RelaxandRecline.com will allow returns if the merchandise is in brand new perfect condition. RelaxandRecline.com must authorize all returns. Returned items are subject to actual shipping charges to customer and to us, 10 % non-refundable deposit and a 17% restocking fee. These charges are NOT negotiable.
