Ordering:
Once you decide on a recliner, sofa, loveseat or all three we pretty much handle the rest. Once an order is placed with us, we then order the item(s) from the manufacturer. We arrange the pickup request from the shipping company that you chose and wait for 5-7 business days for an acknowledgement from the manufacturer to arrive. What the acknowledgement shows is an estimated date of completion. This date is an estimate and generally the item(s) will ship within 5 business days of this date.
Once the item ships from the factory it can depend on delivery times by which company you chose for shipping. An informational page for our shipping:

Once an order goes through our system, you will receive an email that will be your receipt. Please print the receipt out for your records. The charge on your credit card will read "Grandfather Clocks Plus" our parent company.
