I have slept in the chair(Catnapper Powerplay) a few times. I fall asleep watching TV in the daytime. It is like sitting on a cloud. When I sit in the chair, I have a picture in my mind of me sitting in the middle of a big fluffy cloud.

I've had the Sampson swivel glider recliner in Durosuede about a month now and am quite happy with it. It is an excellent value in every way.

Construction and materials

The construction is sound, no squeaks, looseness or poor fitting anywhere. It is solid and rigid whether upright or reclined. At 130 lbs, two people can move it easily.
The materials are top quality. When inspecting the chair after delivery, I noticed heavy metal and hardwood construction underneath with large, well placed staples holding the fabric. Springs, cross ties and padding are all properly secured. Durosuede feels like suede and shows no sign of matting down, pilling up and does not stick to skin or clothes.

Comfort

I found this chair's comfort comparable to Lazy Boy and Lane. I have dozed off in this chair a few times and woke up feeling fine. This chair easily accomodates people 6' and taller with lots of side room to spare. Very nice!

Service and price

Ms. Eagan and her staff provide outstanding service and support. Questions were answered directly and honestly by everyone I spoke with. Special requests for specifics were responded to in a timely and courteous manner. Ms. Eagan was kind enough to check with Catnapper & arrange to sell me additional fabric for matching pillows and cushions for other furniture items we're recovering. An added bonus I hadn't considered.
The website worked well, showing products, options, prices, shipping charges, an especially helpful cutaway of a chair, and contact information. The Better Business Bureau link is a reassurance to those new to internet purchasing. I've found it to be a reliable indicator of a good business. Price speaks for itself. I got this chair delivered into my home for much less than the price of a local floor sample model, without delivery. Relax and Recline provides a superior value.

Shipping and warranty

When the chair arrived, on time and with excellent service from Overnight Transportation, I was pleased to see how packing was handled. The chair was enclosed in a large padded foam bag that kept it clean and dry. The cardboard box around this was standard with a thick honeycomb bottom to protect the base. The warranty is generous and long. Details are available on the site. I doubt I'll ever need it, but if so, I'm confident that one phone call will handle whatever problem may arise.

Relax and Recline is clearly a superior furniture vendor. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
